Request Participation in Work Life Balance Survey among IT personnel of KL

• IT personnel currently working in Kuala Lumpur (KL)
• IT personnel worked in Kuala Lumpur (KL) before

Dear IT personnel,

Refer to the subject above, I am the author of this blog.Currently, I am doing part time Master in University Technology Malaysia(UTM).

In order for fulfillment of Master Graduate Program we are conducting a follow-up survey of IT personnel from Kuala Lumpur (KL).  Your response to this survey is crucial in providing the necessary information to understand work-family conflict faced by IT personnel.

The purpose of this survey is to determine work-family conflict and job satisfaction of IT personnel.  We would like to understand whether participants able to balance work and life. In addition, your assessment of the experiences in the IT sector will provide beneficial information.
