1)Why do we need to submit improvement report/ Laporan Kemajuan?
Refer to the term and condition of MyMaster page 2,

"3.5. Laporan Kemajuan Pengajian
Pelajar hendaklah mengemukakan laporan kemajuan pengajian setiap semester
pengajiannya kepada Bahagian Biasiswa, KPM. Kegagalan pelajar untuk berbuat demikian
boleh menyebabkan penggantungan bayaran yuran pengajian."

It mean that  we need to submit our previous semester results in order to ensure the payment for following semester

2) Do the examination results need to be certified?
There is no black and white written on the MyBrain15 website or any of its documents. To ensure smooth procedure, I request my lecturer to certify all the examination result slip.

3) How to check MyBrain15 payment?

4) Am I allow to submit "BORANG TUNTUTAN PENYEDIAAN TESIS MYBRAIN15"?

If you read the term and condition clearly, Mod 3 is not offered thesis allowance. Thus, in my case, I need not to submit this form. I am Mod 3 scholarship holder.

Reflection:
It took post office 13 days to mail from Johor Bahru to Putrajaya.. This made me wondered what happen to students who mailed MyBrain15 scholarship required documents. Only 14 days we are allowed to deliver the required documents. Previously, I helped a Sarawakian applied MyBrain15 scholarship.  Now I totally agreed with her. Pos Laju will be the safest and fastest way to ensure your documents reach on time.
